We deliver across South Africa using PAXI — a convenient, affordable and reliable parcel service available at over 2,800 PEP, Tekkie Town and Shoe City stores nationwide.
How It Works
- Place your order and pay via our website or WhatsApp.
- We pack and drop your parcel at our nearest PAXI point (PEP store).
- You collect from your nearest PAXI point — any PEP, Tekkie Town or Shoe City.
- You receive SMS updates and a collection PIN when your parcel arrives.
Delivery Rates
Delivery cost is charged at checkout based on bag size and speed. Rates below are from PAXI directly:

Parcel Insurance
All PAXI parcels are automatically covered up to R500 for lost parcels. Additional insurance is available:
- R10 voucher — covers up to R2,500
- R20 voucher — covers up to R5,000
Let us know at checkout if you need additional cover and we will include it.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking number once dispatched.
